Several companies are transitioning to managing remote teams. Meetings frequently occur now through video conferencing.

I created this job aid for a company's management team who were not including the link to join. In addition, they were using the "repeat" feature in Microsoft outlook when placing meetings on the calendar resulting in missed meetings and extended deadlines.
