The client requested an assessment and recommendations for training HR interviewers, with a primary focus on improving the recruitment and retention of quality candidates.
Purpose: This design document will outline the client's concerns, provide questions for subject matter experts to identify gaps in existing systems, and offer training recommendations.
Storyboards
This is a Storyboard (blue print) for HIPAA compliance training.
Purpose: Provide a detailed outline (ex. images, development notes, visuals, text...) for SME's to review prior to development. Note: I find the use of storyboards dependent on the L&D team model. I prefer to build within an authoring tool system that allows immediate feedback.
